... and neither should you ...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
So 4th time's the charm, or at least as good as I can get that makeup. I need LOTS more practice! Used:
4 fishhooks
13 feet of black jewelers wire
cheap, unfriendly stuff called Creepy Skin that you see around every Halloween.
eyelash adhesive
Liquid Latex
Black cream clown makeup
and stage makeup because it's thicker than the regular stuff.
I had to use the heal tool a bit on the inside, upper part of the eye - that edge was just to rough and on a lovely zit (thank you, period). And I used the burn tool a bit on the black cream makeup. I could see the edge of my eyelid and lashes a bit to much.
The idea came from a video game character named Ephemera from Bloodrayne2. I always thought she looked so cool, but damn was she easy to kill.
In case none of that made sense to you: IT'S MAKEUP AND NOT PHOTOSHOP.
I'm not sure how long I'll actually keep this up. While I keep working on it and redoing it, I'm still not completely happy with it. But I still wanted to share for a bit.
The suggester says, "Not only is the concept wonderfully creepy, but the fact that ... it never sleeps ... by @FixMeKnow is real and done with makeup, NOT photoshop, makes this self-portrait image totally worthy of horror/macabre worship!". Agreed. (Suggested by =LovittGirl and Featured by ^RockstarVanity)
It's VERY realistic! At first I was like "wait a second...what is Noelle doing to herself?!" Then I decided to read the description :slow:
I really love the concept though. It's very original and makes the viewer look twice...maybe even 3 times to see what's going on.
I do with the file was a bit larger. I'm getting old and my eyes don't see tiny things as well as they used to...even with my glasses on and a new/bigger monitor.
Very nice work, love! :heart:
Still not completely happy with that Creepy Skin stuff. It is just not user friendly!
I hesitate showing things bigger just because people like to steal stuff. :hmm:
